History: Sophie was born in the small Californian town of Briar Creek to a preacher father and school teacher mother. Her powers first manifested when Sophie was twelve, and on the brink of puberty. While keeping her mutancy a close guarded secret from the rest of the world, there was one person who knew what Sophie was capable of. Her mother. As only a parent with unconditional love for their child could, Sophie's mother accepted, though not quite understood, her daughter's "special" gift.

Same sex relationships weren't exactly acceptable in the small town of Briar Creek, and even less acceptable by her preacher father. It was due to those two factors that Sophie kept her sexuality a secret from the to citizens of the town. Having gained acceptance into a veterinary school in Los Angeles, Sophie will be starting her first year at UCLA to study Veterinary Medicine.

Other Info: Sophie works as a waitress at The Vault. Currently lives in a small studio apartment near the university.
